At the CYBER SHED we are able to offer support to the Home User, be it for your personal use or for your family.

 

Priced at £35 per month.

Remote Support Service (We can take control of your computer remotely)

Identify problems with slow performance and recommend solutions

Virus removal and Security check

Setup printers

Desktops, Laptops, Printers all covered for support

Help with programming Tv's, Alexa and other Home entertainment systems

Service offered Monday to Friday

Time may be used for technical support or scheduled maintenance

Home appointments can be arranged with 10% discount on standard callout fee

If you have no issues in one single month we will schedule an appointment to make sure you are up to date and running the best you can.

Payment via BACS on first calendar day of month

Minimum contract period, 3 months from start date, 30 day cancellation notice required
